In the PC version, you change change the quality of the game's graphics in the Settings Menu. In Settings you can change things like frame-rate, shadows, water surface, and reflections.

The PS4 version uses the DualShock 4 controller, while the PC version can be controlled with either a controller or a mouse and keyboard.
Similarities
Release Date
In the case of Sekiro, the PS4 and PC versions will be released simultaneously on March 22. Players will need a Steam account to get Sekiro on PC.
